The exotic ‘Emmanuelle’ Peacock Chair rose to fame in the 1970s after Sylvia Kristel posed topless for a poster of the racy movie Emanuelle in 1974. This throne-like woven rattan chair soon became the ultimate icon of bohemian sensuality, featuring in shoots with stars like Bianca Jagger, Marc Bolan, Debbie Harry and David Bowie.
