Italian Gilt Lantern with painted blue flower

Attractive large Italian gilt lantern with decorative blue flowers and coloured glass.  Would look fantastic in a hallway or over a table.  I am not sure of the exact age of this but would imagine it is c.1940's.   One of the panels has a crack (as can be seen in the picture) which has been restored but otherwise, it is in good condition.
